Hello there! My name is Adeline. I am 32 years old, and I am originally from France. I originally moved to the U.S in 2019, and after a few years in the Central Valley in California, my husband and I relocated to Los Angeles, where we simply enjoy life!
With a degree in Tourism from a prestigious school in France and extensive internships at travel agencies, I have developed a profound passion for travel and meticulous planning. As a former travel agent with over three years of professional experience in France, I have successfully curated a diverse range of travel experiences worldwide. This includes designing short weekend getaways, organizing family vacations at all-inclusive resorts, coordinating cruises, arranging bespoke multi-country road trips, managing business travel logistics, and orchestrating comprehensive world tours. I have worked with so many different people with all types of budgets and needs, which as enriched me immensely on a professional and personal level.
Additionally, for the past five years, I have continued to plan trips for family and friends as a hobby, further enriching my expertise. Having traveled extensively since my teenage years, I bring firsthand knowledge and a deep understanding of both solo and group travel dynamics to my role as a travel planner. As a travel planner, I specialize in designing detailed travel plans tailored to individual preferences and budgets. I provide comprehensive suggestions for transportation (flights, trains, rental cars, etc...) and accommodations (hotels, apartments, Bed & Breakfast, Airbnb, campground, etc...), based on firsthand knowledge and extensive research.
Clients receive a curated roadmap for their journey, with detailed prices based on their budget, and with the most direct links possible, empowering them to make informed decisions and bookings independently. This serves as a compromise. and not only offers a flexibility and a personalized experience, but also proves to be financially advantageous compared to traditional travel agents, as it allows clients to optimize their spending based on their own bookings and preferences. This approach offers an optimal solution, leaving you only with the booking process, as the comprehensive research, quality assessment, and financial optimization have already been expertly managed.

Similarly, I carefully select accommodations that align with client preferences, offering comfort, convenience, and value. I draw on my personal travel experiences, client feedback, and insights from local contacts and friends across many European countries to provide unique tips and uncover hidden gems.
To sum it up, as an experienced travel planner with prior experience as a travel agent, I provide the same expertise and guidance, including comprehensive information on formalities such as visas, handling every aspect except the booking process (booking assistance optional).

While my primary focus revolves around meticulous trip planning, I also offer booking assistance for clients who need a bit of help in this area. For those who feel uncomfortable handling bookings independently, I offer personalized booking sessions conducted in person only. This optional service involves using the client's own preferred payment method (typically a debit/credit card), with their presence, ensuring transparency and security throughout the process. This way, clients also have the advantage of potentially being covered by their credit card insurance (details should be verified with their bank or credit card company). The cost of all travel-related expenses such as transportation, accommodations, meals, tickets, and insurance is the client’s responsibility.
- User Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information and comply with our policies. La Vie Voyages is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
- Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full upon hiring and before work on the itinerary begins. Additional fees for Booking Assistance will be agreed upon separately and must be paid on the day of service.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the work on your project/itinerary has begun. This policy is in place because the planning process involves significant time and effort, and work commences immediately upon hiring.
- Liability
- La Vie Voyages is not liable for any issues that occur during travel. Clients must handle their bookings independently, although we provide booking assistance. We are not responsible for any financial losses, personal injuries, or other damages incurred during travel.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California
- Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
